Volanti 2 lies on the opposite side of the
country lane to the 5 bedroom Volanti villa
making it also ideal for larger groups of up to 17.
This is very much a property for spending the day and
evenings outside and enjoys the benefit of being only a few
minutes walk to restaurants and only twenty minutes stroll
into the heart of Pollenca old town.
The lovely pool has a nice sun terrace and plenty of
garden area with a lawned area and palm trees. Every few
yards you will stumble across olive, orange and banana
trees which you can pick. There are lovely views of the mountains and the property is
ideally situated for the many country walks around here.
On two sides of the villa is a huge covered terrace with a
lovely stone BBQ oven area underneath a beamed
rooftop. There is a real outdoor restaurant feeling to it as
the sun goes down.
Simply furnished inside, the house is all on one level. There
is a living area with Sat TV and a kitchen with all the
facilities including microwave and dishwasher.
Across from the entrance hall lies the double master
bedroom and two further twin bedrooms sharing a full
bathroom.
This is a pleasant villa within walking distance of the old
town of Pollenca yet offering all the tranquillity of a rural
location.
Car hire is essential. Fully inclusive five door car with air
conditioning is included in the price.
