Villa Tomas is a lovely bright family villa set within 1.5km of the beach yet only 200 metres to bars/restaurants and supermarkets. It is located in the popular residential area of Gotmar but still retains its privacy and has a nice peaceful feeling to it. This is reflected as you enter the grounds. Outside, the villa has a large wrap-around terrace offering plenty of shade. There are extensive lawned areas surrounding the villa and the pool making this ideal for older children. A large patio leads to the pool which is perfect for enjoying a bite to eat on the BBQ in a relaxing atmosphere. Upon walking into the entrance hall, there is plenty of space to accommodate the maximum number of guests here. A large dining room and lounge with satellite tv/DVD leads onto a terrace. There is a toilet bathroom off the entrance hall. Situated off this area and down three steps is the hallway leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master double bedroom has en-suite with a bath and double vanity unit. There are three further twin bedrooms which share a full bathroom. The dining kitchen on the first floor is nice and bright and fully equipped and leads outside to the terrace. From here an outdoor staircase leads you to the pool area at the rear. The villa also has a rooftop terrace and is perfect for those quiet moments looking at the lovely mountain views. A perfect choice for families and couples who can leave the car at home most evenings - available all the year round due to the heating (special long stay rates available in winter). In our opinion a super, practical villa ideal for all. Car hire is essential.
