lane as the Can Son Brull, fantastic views of Puig Maria in a wonderful
location so near to Pollensa but with very little traffic noise. Spacious
rooms newly built in rustic style.
A large detached villa with beamed ceilings & cool tiling, it has
a large farmhouse kitchen with a round breakfast table, half tiled walls
& owners collection of ceramic plates decorating the cover, large
dispenser, dishwasher & wood units.
On ground level there is also a large bright lounge & a smaller reading
room with easy chairs. Stairs leading to upper sleeping area where there
are 3 twin bedrooms all with built in wardrobes & bright furnishings.
The extra large double bedroom is very special with a beautiful ensuite
bathroom accessed through an archway (no door) that has a double rustic
vanity unit & a wonderful sunken bath & shower, accessed by 2
steps up & decorated in pretty green tiles.
The villa also has a large covered BBQ & bread oven in a covered
alcove next to the kitchen.
