This new villa, decorated in traditonal Mallorcan style offers fabulous mountian views and for the walkers amongst you is approximately twenty-five minutes from the Port of Pollensa. This villa is set down a long gravel drive in the sought-after rural location of El Vila. This is a peaceful and flat countryside location - therefore ideal for cycling and lovely country walks. The front of the villa has a large covered terrace with wooden bench table and seating - an ideal retreat to unwind in the evening after a hard days sunbathing. The front door leads directly into a cosy lounge with a feature fireplace and country-style bench sofas and cushions, with satellite television and dvd. A staircase from here leads upstairs to the sleeping area, two twins sharing a full bathroom and one double with en-suite shower bathroom. There is a lovely covered brick-bulit barbecue complete with rustic style sink to try your hand with some of the local fish and meat delicacies. Two steps from here lead down to the large pool and patio area. There is plenty of lawn area for kiddies to play on or just to enjoy the warm sunshine sunbathing. This Mallorcan style property with nice, simple furnishings is in the ideal location for exploring the region, and has the added bonus of been twenty minutes walk from the nearest restaurant.
