This lovely property, ideal for families is a newly refurbished 5 bedroom villa in a fantastic peaceful location just minutes from the old town of Pollenca. Situated directly opposite the quiet country lane from Can Just and owned by the same family, Ponterra is a large mallorcan two storey house at the end of a narrow lane that is a no through road, ensuring a lovely peaceful setting for your stay. The villa has a large L - shaped furnished covered terrace overlooking the pool and gardens, with a seperate stone built barbecue. It has extensive land with the property full of fruit trees and roses and flowers in the garden. There are also extensive lawn areas around the pool, ideal for the children to play on. The main door from the terrace leads directly into a charming lounge / dining room in rustic Mallorcan design with attractive tiled flooring throughout. The house has been recently refurbished with brand new furniture and fittings. The sofas here are positioned around the large open fireplace. There is also a tv / dvd and cd player here.The decor is Mallorcan dark wood but there are lots of windows to take advantage of the country views , adding a nice brioght feeling to the inside. The kitchen is spacious with marble surfaces, a microwave, large fridge freezer and a breakfast table. An archway from here leads to the ground floor double bedroom and a full bathroom. From the lounge there is a decorative stairway to the upper sleeping level. Here are 3 twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, a full bathroom and a shower bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, spotlights and a beamed ceilings. For summer 06 all bedrooms will have airconditioning. For this summer all bedrooms will have fans. Pontarro is only a very short drive into Pollenca (20 / 25mins walk) so it is an ideal base to have a lovely peaceful relaxing holiday but with all the conveniences nearby. Can be booked with Can Just for larger groups of up to 15.
