A very stylish villa built on three levels overlooking the seaside town of Cala San Vicente. The coastline around Cala San Vicente is very beautiful with two large bays and three sandy beaches separated by rocky headlands. It’s a smaller town than Puerto Pollença and it’s very popular with artists who come here to paint the Cavall Bernat mountain bathed in bright coastal light.

Villa Pins De Can Botana is in a very quiet and picturesque spot. It’s situated gently above the town near woodland, down a narrow road and across a stream. But it’s also just a few minutes’ walk from here to the beach at Cala Molins and lots of local restaurants. The house makes the most of this super location with balconies on every floor looking over the sea and the countryside. A long flight of steps leads up the side of the house to a large terrace area, and also to the pool behind the house. The pool-terrace is very private, with a high wall and tall trees screening it from the few nearby houses. This is a lovely place for relaxing, sunbathing and swimming, and cooking and eating into the evening.

Inside, the house is spacious and comfortable with white walls, tiled floors and neutral furniture. The lounge and dining area is a lovely L-shaped room with a white sofa and chairs, and satellite tv, dvd and stereo. Double doors open out onto a terrace. The kitchen is new and has lots of storage space in pale-wood units, and appliances including a dishwasher.

There are three bedrooms at the villa: two double rooms, a twin room and a single. Both double rooms are wonderfully light with their own terraces offering wonderful views. And one of them also has a glass wall looking down into the lounge. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are two bathrooms – one on the upper level with a bath and a shower, en-suite to the double bedroom which takes up this floor, And another bathroom with a bath and a shower on the lower level. The remaining three bedrooms are on the first level of the villa.

Villa Pins de can Botana is a lovely house with lots of space and a stylish easy design inside. It’s also got great outside space with a secluded pool area and lots of balconies and terraces which make the most of its location above Cala San Vicente. It’s a very relaxing house that’s quiet and private but only a short walk from the beach, restaurants and bars of the town. The town of Pollença and the larger resort of Puerto Pollença are also just 5-minute drives away.
