Pollenca Sleeps 8 
Rustic farmhouse style property in peaceful country setting in the heart of the countryside yet just five minutes drive from Puerto Pollensa and the old town of Pollensa. Accessed from the front terrace, the villa has a large farmhouse kitchen with breakfast table , dishwasher, large fridge freezer and washing machine. There is also an usual feature wood burning fireplace that is open between the kitchen and the lounge area and it also has a large walk-in pantry. The villa is tiled throughout in a rustic design. The lounge next door is simply furnished in bright modern style, built-in units and air conditioning. There are also double doors out onto the front covered terrace. From the lounge there is a door through to a downstairs bright double bedroom with access to the terrace and with an en suite full bathroom. The lounge has a main staircase up to the top level which has been recently renovated, where there is a very special large double bedroom and en suite full modern bathroom. This bedroom also has it's own terrace which commands beautiful views across the countryside to the sea. The decor here is simple and modern and is very light and airy with a large mosquito net above the bed. Three steps up and down from the lounge takes us into a rustic twin bedroom with its own fireplace and en suite shower room. From both the kitchen and the downstairs twin there is access to a lovely furnished terrace with the double barbeque and sink. What is unusual is that the villa also has a completely separate pool building just a few meters from the main house which has a twin room and its own shower room. This wouldn't be suitable for young children to sleep in but would be ideal for teenagers or a couple. The pool is 5m x 10m with plenty of sunbathing terrace around it and plenty of lawn. Overall it is a quaint villa in its design, basically rustic and simply furnished but the lawns and covered terrace are a special feature, especially during the hot summer.
