Villa Lluch is an attractive family house close to the bay of Puerto Pollenca in the residential area of Siller. It's in a lovely spot at the foot of the Boquer mountains and is just an easy 15-minute walk down a pretty lane to the resort centre and the beach. In front of the house there's a long vine-covered drive and a garden full of tall palm trees, roses, hibiscus and jasmine. This planting makes the covered terrace that runs along the front of the house a lovely place to eat and relax outside. Inside, the house has the traditional Mallorcan design of white walls, tiled floors and wooden beamed ceilings. There's a large kitchen with fitted units and marble surfaces, a breakfast table and a walk-in pantry. Kitchen appliances include an oven and a microwave. The lounge and dining room has a brick fireplace with a wood-burning stove, comfortable leather sofas and a long dining table and chairs. There's satellite television here and a dvd player. There are four bedrooms at Villa Lluch. The double room is bright and airy and simply furnished - there's also plenty of space for an extra bed or a cot. A door leads out from this bedroom onto the terrace at the side of the house and the lovely gardens full of fig trees, lemon and orange trees and potted plants. There are also three twin bedrooms. One has fitted wardrobes and another has a door out onto the garden terrace. These rooms share two full bathrooms with baths and showers. The garden at the side of the house is very well designed and cared for, with tall palm trees shading the lawns and the pool. It's also very private with hedges and shrubs all around and so is a lovely place to spend the day swimming and sunbathing. There is a large covered barbecue area with excellent dining facilities, ideal for those warm summer evenings. Villa Lluch is a bright and sunny family home with very pretty gardens and is well loved and cared for by its owners Encarna and Antonio. It's in a wonderfully convenient location for the beach, cafes, restaurants and shops of Puerto Pollenca (the lanes are dark at night so bring a torch), and Pollenca old town is just a 10 minute drive away.
