Villa Encis is a great country holiday-home in a superb location - just a short walk from the historic old town of Pollença, at the foot of the Puig de Maria mountain. It has wonderful views all around across citrus groves to the mountains Sierra De Sant Vicens.

Inside the villa, all the rooms are at ground level. They're a classic combination of simple and clean cottage-style design and modern styling - with white walls, beamed ceilings and tiled floors. There's a comfortable lounge and dining room with a sofa and chairs around a wood-burning fire. This room has satellite tv, and a dvd and stereo. The kitchen is a lovely bright room with wooden units, a long dining table and chairs and traditional terracotta ceramics. Appliances here include a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer.

There are three bedrooms: a double room, a twin room and a single room. The double and twin have air-conditioning and the single has fan cooling. The double is a lovely room with antique dark-wood Mallorcan furniture and double doors leading out onto the pool-terrace. The single room also has a beautiful antique bed and wardrobes. It shares a spacious bathroom with the twin bedroom. There's another bathroom, with a shower, along the dining terrace.

The garden and pool at the villa have been carefully designed to make the most of the villa's beautiful country setting. From the pool-terraces there are gorgeous open views across fields and trees to the Puig de Maria Mountain. The pool is mosaic-tiled with gentle roman steps, making it perfect for children or anyone who has walking difficulties. Sun-terraces, with lots of terrace furniture, surround three sides of the pool, with green coricori flowers around the other side. There's also a covered dining terrace overlooking the pool, with a barbecue oven and a dining table and chairs.

This is a lovely country cottage in a super location - in the very pretty countryside on the edge of Pollença but still an easy 15-minute walk into the historic centre. It's also just a short drive from the beautiful sheltered bay of Puerto Pollença and also the less well-known sandy coves around Cala St Vicente. It's also just a few houses away from Can Marti and so groups of up to 11 people can holiday together here.
