This four bedroomed air - conditioned house is perfect for those looking for a villa within walking distance of the beaches and restaurants. It is situated on the edge of one of Pollencas' best kept secrets the picturesque small beach resort of Cala St Vicente, located approximately 5minutes drive from Pollenca Old Town. Situated on a side road the Can Ramis is in a row of houses forming part of the residential area of the resort. At the front of the villa there are fantastic mountain views and the pretty Mallorcan wild goats that occasionally come down to visit during the evenings. There are several steps up to the villa entrance leading to the front furnished terrace where you can relax and enjoy the views after a hard days' sunbathing. The front door leads into a large lounge and dining area that is furnished in a nice Mallorcan traditonal style. There is a pretty country kitchen with pine units and a breakfast table. From the kitchen there is a door out onto a lovely furnished raised terrace which overlooks the splendid new pool, and patio area ideal for al-fresco dining with a parasol for added shade. There is a lawned area on one side of the pool, perfect for sunbathing and for kiddies to play on. From here there is also a stairway up to a rooftop terrace with beautiful mountain views. This is a lovely escape to catch up on some reading whilst sampling a glass of local wine. On the main level there is a double and a further large twin bedroom sharing a full bathroom. There is a staircase to the lower level where there are two twins sharing a full bathroom. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and there is also central heating throughout. This newly reformed villa is in an ideal location and is just a five minute walk to the restaurants and the coves and beaches of the wonderful resort of Cala San Vicente. Perfect for the CSV afficionados! This really is a perfect location in this hide away resort with some of the best beaches on the Island. A must for you to try is the famous coastal walk to Puerto Pollensa which starts here. An ideal location for a family holiday and for leaving the car at home in the evenings!
