This brand new air-conditioned villa with a lovely homely feel to it is located in the tranquil heart of the Pollenca countryside and perfect for a family holiday, with the villa being on one level. Situated at the end of a rock-lined gravel driveway, and although there are just two other neighbouring houses, the Villa Can Cristet is in a fantastic, peaceful countryside, with no traffic noise whatsoever. The drive leads into a parking area at the front. The interior decoration is simple and effective and what we especially liked was that it is compact without being small and instantly has a pleasing, homely informal feel to it. Through the main door there is a lounge / dining room decorated with dark wood furniture, comfortable armchairs and a sofa. The kitchen is open plan, new and modern, forming an ÒLÓ shape to the dining area. Here, a door leads out onto a furnished covered terrace with a feature brick-built barbecue overlooking the pool and gardens. There are 3 bedrooms in total all air-conditioned, 2 doubles and 1 twin, all individually decorated with fitted wardrobes. There are two shower bathrooms with walk-in showers, 1 being en-suite to the double bedroom and the other is situated between the two other rooms. Outside the swimming pool has furnished sunbathing terraces surrounding it and a lawn area, pefect for the kiddies to play on. This pretty garden is very new with recently planted trees and coloured flowers. There is an excellent covered terrace perfect for outdoor dining with some of the local delicacies. Villa Can Cristet is very stylish, in a secluded location, and a perfect for a villa.
