This brand new fully air conditioned villa, situated in the up-market residential area of Crestaix, several minutes drive from the town of Pollenca, has been designed to our own high specifications and is ideal for the more discerning client. This brand new luxurious villa is situated down a short driveway in a very quiet sleepy residential area. The villa is built on one level and you enter through the bougain villa scented pergola into the spacious entrance hall with the separate guest bathroom. Off this entrance hall you enter the large open plan living area. Here there is a spacious lounge area for relaxing in complete comfort. There is a full entertainment system including TV/DVD and CD stereo system. The satellite TV has a full range of English channels including Sky Sports, kiddies and film channels, which will put a smile on the face of anyone in your party who cannot go abroad without this facility! There is also a large dining area to enjoy the excellent meals which we are sure you will be able to conjure up in the magnificent kitchen with all the facilities one would expect including microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two large double patio doors from the living room opening out onto the spacious covered terrace which overlooks the pool. This is an ideal opportunity to enjoy al-fresco dining and much needed shade from the beautiful Mallorcan sunshine. Inside all the bedrooms have their own five star luxury bathrooms with the master double bedroom having a full complete bathroom. All these bedrooms have their own patio doors leading outside and of course full air conditioning. From the covered terrace with its' feature brick built barbecue there is a large furnished patio area ideal for sunbathing. The pool is large in size and large Roman steps and the shallow end make this truly perfect for young children. There is an abundance of quality patio and sunbed furniture. The landscaped gardens have large lawned areas and are fenced in by cypress trees giving you extra privacy. There is a gate on the driveway, again ensuring safety for guests with toddlers.
