TERMS & CONDITIONS All prices for the rental of villas or apartments are quoted in sterling, per property, per week. These prices include gas, electricity, pool maintenance where applicable and maid service. All linen and towels are provided except for beach towels. The hire of cots and high chairs can be arranged on request. Maid service is twice a week unless otherwise specified, at that time all linen will be changed. We can recommend a flight booking agent. You are advised to book your flights as early as possible to avoid disappointment, especially for those wishing to travel during the school holidays or on Bank Holidays. You may occupy your property on the day of arrival at 14.00 hrs. and are required to vacate the property at 10.00 hrs. on departure day in order to enable the property to be cleaned for incoming guests. Car Hire can be arranged to meet clients at the airport, if required. Adequate insurance should be taken to cover all eventualities including refund in the case of cancellation of holiday. Remember that all British nationals must hold a full 10 year passport for entry into Spain. |
