Provencal Petit, a recently renovated villa, ideally located on the edge of Puerto Pollenca next to Can Moragues. From here you can enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer, with the beach only a 15 minute stroll away, while restaurants, bars & supermarkets even closer. Inside, the villa is all on one level with the entrance leading you into the open plan lounge/dining area. Here you'll find ample seating area with a wood burning stove, which all ties in with the mallorcan theme, giving it a real homely feel. The brand new spacious kitchen has been fitted with all modern appliances & also boasts a breakfast bar for optional dining. The double doors which lead onto the patio are close by which makes it ideal for al-fresco dining as you'll find table & chairs, & a portable BBQ awaiting outside. A passageway from the lounge leads you to the double & first twin bedroom which are simple in design & look out towards the front of the villa. You'll also find the full bathroom closeby, which is large in design with marble tops. Through the door to the right of the lounge you'll find the second twin bedroom with it's newly renovated en-suite shower room. Outside, the villa has it's own private pool & lawn area, all being enclosed making it ideal for young children.
