This luxury eight bed roomed mansion situated in the residential estate of Llenaire, fifteen minutes walk from the centre is the most impressive of its kind in Puerto Pollenca. The villa is only 100 metres from the sea and hence a short stroll to the nearest beach and restaurants. This deluxe villa is approached through large iron gates which leads you onto the impressive large furnished front patio. Here the private sunbathing area is plentiful with more than enough space for the sixteen sun beds spread around the fantastic and extensive swimming pool. The colourful and pretty plants and shrubs really do give the impression of the grounds of a five star luxury hotel. There is a large covered barbecue and dining area with plenty of seating available to enjoy the local culinary delights. For added convenience there is an outside w.c. bathroom. The villa also enjoys underground private car parking and a separate laundry area attached to the house. Eight wide and gentle steps lead up from the sunbathing area to an impressive large front furnished covered terrace with pillars and quality wicker seats. An ideal retreat for enjoying cocktails and quiet reading. The villas' huge main arched entrance is approached up a half a dozen palatial steps and leads you into the hallway and masterful balustrade staircase which will take your breath away as you follow it upwards with the marvelous chandelier complimenting this area further. The modern lounge, like the rest of the property is furnished to only the highest standard in pastel colours with beautiful light coloured tiling throughout There are five sofas here ensuring more than enough seating for the full quota of sixteen guests to unwind for an evenings' entertainment with the latest digital television/dvd and sound systems. (There are also televisions in a number of the bedrooms) Take note here of the original collection of artwork on the walls as well as the owners' family crest above the feature fireplace. There is a separate dining room area with elegant stucco walls approached through a stone archway. This is a fantastic venue for enjoying an intimate dinner seating up to eight people. The kitchen, fitted with all the most modern appliances is off this area and is both large and impressive with the centerpiece been the circular glass table with twelve chairs. All these public rooms are on the ground floor, along with two of the bedrooms , an en-suite double and a twin. There is an additional bathroom here. The marvelous staircase takes you up to the inspirational landing and gallery offering glimpses of the sea. There are three twin bedrooms, each with their own en-suite full bathroom, and a further twin with its own shower bathroom. There is a master luxury bedroom with a four-poster bed and en-suite shower bathroom with a Jacuzzi with one-way views over the garden. This is an absolute gem of a feature. A second master en-suite double bedroom has a unique private balcony. Both these double master rooms have patio doors leading onto a further large terraced balcony with sea views. The bedrooms are air-conditioned (except two which have ceiling fans), and the villa has central heating throughout. A stay at this spectacular villa will make you the envy of your friends, and will not disappoint the more discerning client. You will not want to leave here so often but the amenities of this delightful resort are only a short stroll should you so wish to drag yourself away.
