This is a lovely apartment with splendid sea views in the beautiful resort of Puerto Pollenca. It is one of a very limited number of apartments which overlook the bay and marina and so this a very sought-after place to be. Miramar is a private fifth-floor penthouse (reached either by lift or staircase). It makes the most of its amazing location with terraces and balconies which look right over the lovely horseshoe-shaped bay and to the headland beyond Pollenca. Inside, the apartment is full of modern design and furniture and has cool wood flooring throughout. There is air-conditioning for very hot days and central heating for early and late season holidays. The kitchen is sleek and white with blue granite counter tops. There are appliances including a dishwasher, a washing machine, large fridge freezer and a microwave. There's a television and dvd system in the lounge and a dining table and chairs by the double doors which lead out onto a terrace overlooking the bay. This more than ample area is furnished with table and chairs, plants and sunbathing loungers. You will spend hours here watching the promenade and beach below, with boats disappearing into the distance, and the spectacular morning sun rising directly opposite over the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms - a double room and a twin room - and two well designed bathrooms, one with a bath/shower and one with a shower. This is an ideal place to stay right in the heart of the wonderful resort of Puerto Pollenca. It's only a stone's throw away from the sandy beaches and the warm and sheltered sea. For extra convenience there is a cash machine and a supermarket right outside, Miramar is also just a very short walk from all the resort's restaurants, cafes, bars and shops.
