Pollenca Sleeps 8 
Delightful four bed roomed Finca lovingly looked after by the owners Francisca and Jaime offering a peaceful retreat yet just a fifteen minute walk from the old town of Pollensa. The villa is in a very quiet lane well away from traffic and is situated in the popular La Font area just under the mountains. The villa has the added bonus of being within walking distance to Pollensa old town ( bring a torch as lanes are dark). The entrance has a graveled drive away from the lane that brings you to the fantastic covered terrace that is well furnished and will spoil you for choice as to where to dine. It has a covered bbq accessed by an archway and a raised pool and sunbathing terrace decorated in mallorcan stone. There is also a utility room with washing machine. All down one side of the terrace there is an attractive broder with well established lush greenery. On entering the villa from the terrace, the large fitted kitchen is on the right with a lovely breakfast table in the middle decorated with a gingham tablecloth giving it a farmhouse feel. It has a Microwave, dishwasher and a pantry and is light and airy with a side access to the terrace. Across from the kitchen is the lounge dining room, comfortably furnished in traditional mallorcan style. There is a TV, DVD and Sat. There is also a chimney with wood burning fir to use on chilly evenings. The bedrooms are all on the same level and there are two twins and two doubles with two full bathrooms ( neither are ensuite) The villa is simple in style but homely and lived in. The owners will make you very welcome
