Puerto Pollenca Sleeps 10 
This is a rambling country estate in some of the prettiest countryside on Mallorca. It's set back some distance off the road between Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca in lovely gardens. Finca Segui is designed for the most relaxing of holidays for families and large groups of friends. The house is just under the hills of Can Botana and it also has wonderful far-reaching views across open countryside to the Tramuntana mountains. Different areas of garden surround the house - with lawns, palm trees, cacti and olive trees, and even a rock pool with its own fountain. The house is built right against the mountainside so the rooms are on lots of different levels, making it perfect for children to explore and with lots of space to find peace and privacy. It's a comfortable house in classic Mallorcan style with cool marble floors, white walls and beamed ceilings. There's a choice of four living areas. A large lounge and dining room arranged around the original old olive press, a television lounge with large sofas and satellite television and dvd player, a family lounge with more comfortable sofas and also a pool table, and a small study perfect for reading. There's a large family kitchen with a farmhouse table and chairs and appliances including a dishwasher, an extra large fridge-freezer and a microwave. The laundry area is in a separate utility room. Also on the ground level there's a full bathroom with a bath and a shower. All four of the bedrooms are on the first floor. There are two double bedrooms - one of which has the feel of a hotel suite with a four-poster bed, air-conditioning. tables and sofas, and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has twin beds and an extra single bed up on a wooden mezzanine, and the fourth bedroom is a triple room with three single beds. Also on the first floor thereÕs a bathroom with a large bath, double sinks, and a separate shower. There's a separate wc/cloakroom here too. There are extensive grounds at Finca Segui with wonderful mountain views. There's a curved swimming pool surrounded by sun terraces and a gate here also means that the pool area can be closed off from the rest of the garden for childrenÕs safety. ThereÕs also a basketball court, table-tennis, a hammock and a swing. At the side of the house there's a covered barbecue terrace with a bread oven and a stone sink and a farmhouse table and benches. Finca Segui is an exceptional house with lots of space and traditional Mallorcan character in a really pretty rural setting. From here it's also just a five-minute drive to the old town of Pollenca and the beaches and shops of Puerto Pollenca.
