Finca las Rocas de Guixe is a grand and beautiful stone house with every luxury. It’s beautifully designed with the feel of a great hotel. And it’s in some of the most dramatic countryside on Mallorca - with open views of the Puig Maria mountain and right down to the sea and the bay of Pollença.

Inside, the house is elegant and full of light and space. The rooms have high ceilings, bright white spotlighting, and large windows with superb views of the surrounding countryside. On the ground floor, the double-height hall opens out to a suite of rooms. There’s a large and ultra-modern kitchen with the latest stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens out into a dining room and a cosy extra living room with double sofas and a cast-iron wood-burning stove. The main lounge and dining room is a long and very elegant room with lavishly tiled floors and several sets of French windows that open out onto a spacious and shady terrace.

Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor: a twin room and a double room with a luxurious bathroom between the two rooms.

On the first floor there are three further bedrooms. There’s a gorgeous double room with a canopied bed and its own terrace with amazing views over open countryside and right down to the bay of Pollença. There are also two twin rooms both with en-suite bathrooms with baths and showers. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have lovely linens in beautiful colours.

The terraces, pool and garden have been equally well-designed and carefully constructed. They’re full of fig and almond trees and palms. They’re the perfect place for relaxing, swimming, reading, and eating outside into the evening - there’s a barbecue for great dinner-parties on the terrace. And the garden’s also very family-friendly, with lots of space and lawns, and a long gated drive. The long shady terrace is slightly raised to give it great views over the pool and gardens and out into the countryside.

Finca las Rocas de Guixe is an elegant and distinctive house, designed with care and craftsmanship. It is a short walk from Ca Na Guillona so groups of up to 18 could stay together at both villas. A large group of friends or family could spend long days here on a memorable holiday – swimming, sunbathing and making the most of the beautiful spaces here at the house and in the gardens. It’s also a great base for exploring this part of Mallorca: it’s just a 10-minute drive from here to Pollença’s historic old town, and the sea and lovely bays of Puerto Pollença and Alcudia.
