This stunning two bedroomed finca being just a short walk into the old town of Pollenca together with its magnificent eco friendly pool promises to be one of our best sellers. The Finca, situated just off the main road, offers wonderful mountain views. Although it has open views it is still very private. The villa is in the spectacular Colonya valley with breathtaking views of its distinctive mountain range as well as being at the foot of the Puig Maria hillside.

This delightful villa has rustic stonework in fitting with its countryside location, surrounded by colourful pretty gardens and lovely lawns, with a citrus grove further down.

Steps down lead to an L-shaped furnished terrace with a beamed sloping roof to give welcome shade and from where you can enjoy the marvellous views across open countryside.The pool and sun terrace are distinctive, being both of special cut stone, which has also been polished and used inside the house.

The pool cascades on one side and it’s important to mention that the pool is unique to our programme in that it is a modern ecological non-chlorine pool. There is a separate brick built bbq area away from the villa that also houses the washing machine.

The front door leads into an open plan lounge dining room with a modern open kitchen to the right. The villa has been furnished in modern style with comfortable sofas and pleasing décor and has been beautifully tiled throughout. It has a wood burning stove and Sat TV. A lot of thought has gone into its contemporary design and the effect is outstanding.

The kitchen has all modern appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, vitroceramic hob and a large fridge freezer. Steps down from the lounge lead to a full bathroom and a twin bedroom (beds are pushed together) with fitted wardrobe. Steps up from the lounge lead to an upper double bedroom with ensuite shower bathroom with large walk-in shower. All the bathrooms are of an extremely high standard giving it a five star hotel feel. Altogether a wonderful finca with many luxurious touches ideal for those more discerning clients.(not suitable for walking into the town during darkness)
