This delightful old farmhouse is located in one of Pollencas' most sought after locations, La Font. The house has been lovingly restored and is an ideal family hideaway in a peaceful and private location, with plenty of garden area. Finca Cuxach has many original Mallorcan features and this combined with a number of modern appliances ensures that this will be ideal for your stay. The entrance hall leads you into an open plan living and dining room, with a feature fireplace, round dining table and satellite TV. The second floor of the property is home to the impressive master double bedroom, where you can enjoy wonderful views outside, with a full en-suite bathroom along with a ladies dressing room. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom, each with fitted wardrobes and garden views share one complete bathroom. The entire upstairs area is given to the master bedroom with full en-suite bath/shower room, ladies dressing area and fine views to the gardens and pool. Outside, the villa is set in lovely colourful gardens with plenty of lawned areas and palm trees for that much needed summer shade. Or simply take advantage of the large covered terraces where you can enjoy al fresco dining with mountain views. Why not take a stroll into the gardens' fruit orchard and pick your own delights to add to a cocktail. The floodlit swimming pool is surrounded by grass and is overlooked by the furnished sun terraces and a feature brick built barbecue.
