This is a brand new 5-bedroomed villa for summer 2005. Finca Comas is down a narrow and winding lane, set well back from the Palma to Alcudia road. It's surrounded by gentle farmland and there are wonderful views to the Son Fe mountains in the distance. Inside, the rooms are all on one level. The villa is designed in classic uncluttered Mallorcan style with cool tiled floors and high beamed ceilings, with darkwood furniture. There's a very spacious open-plan lounge and dining room with the brand new kitchen nearby. Appliances here include a dishwasher and an oven and hob. There's a separate utility and laundry room with a washing machine. Double doors lead from the lounge and dining room out to a long covered terrace, with a pan-tiled roof, and a built-in barbecue. This terrace overlooks the pool, lawned gardens and sunbathing area. There are lovely views from here of olive trees in the fields around the villa and mountains beyond. There are five bedrooms at Finca Comas: two double rooms and three twin rooms. All the bedrooms have airconditioning. One of the double rooms is particularly spacious with built-in wardrobes and a lovely new en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The second double room also has a new en-suite bathroom, again with a bath and a shower. The three twin rooms all have fitted wardrobes and share a fabulous bathroom with twin shower cubicles and double sinks. Finca Comas is a lovely brand new villa particularly suitable for larger groups of up to ten people. It's in a peaceful rural location surrounded by farmland but is just a short drive away from Pollenca old town, Puerto Pollenca and its beaches, and both Alcudia town and the beaches of Puerto Alcudia.
