A beautiful new four bedroomed finca set in the glorious countryside surrounding Pollenca within a short driving distance of Puerto Pollenca and all its amenities. Occupying a peaceful rural location this charming brand new property has been built using natural mallorcan stone. From the patio and pool area it offers the most fantastic mountain views and views right down to the Bay of Puerto Pollensa. From the driveway there are a few small steps or a ramp to the villa, ideal for those not so good on their feet. Tastefully detailed Mallorcan decor, very well furnished to high standard and very comfortable with lots of detail. The owner has filled the finca full of decorative artifacts and antiques to make this a superb property indeed. The main door takes you into a lovely entrance area which leads through glass doors into the impressive lounge, decorated in a cool, traditional mallorcan style complete with a stonework chimney and wood burning fire. To maintain the high level of fixtures and fittings it has rustic style cool tiling throughout. Through to the lounge area there are double doors that open onto a furnished covered terrace/ patio which leads to the pool and gardens. On the ground level there is access from the lounge to a double bedroom and a rustic full bathroom. A nice bright and airy lounge has TV, satellite (with limited English channels) and a hi-fi. The lounge gives access to two twin bedrooms and a shower room with an unusual rustic stone shower tray and decorative tiles. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes throughout. From the lounge area an archway takes you through to the dining area and kitchen. This has a traditional marble dining table and features a lovely corner dresser for glassware. The kitchen itself is a very pretty country cottage style with all modern conveniences - dishwasher, microwave etc. From the kitchen there is a door that leads out onto a patio at the side of the villa where there is the barbecue with bread oven, outside wc and shower, as well as a utility room with washing machine. The lounge has a staircase that goes to the upper level which has a small but wonderfully stylish decorated lounge area with its own TV and from here there is an opening feature to be able to see the lounge downstairs. There is also a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. The bedroom has a door leading on to a small terrace with fantastic open views across the open countryside and the bay. Altogether a beautiful country property offering a perfect villa holiday for families and couples alike.
