This lovely new villa (finished Sep 03) is located
near the famous Monument off the main
Pollenca Road. Es Coster is set up its own
private driveway in large landscaped gardens, with
an extensive patio area around the pool with plenty of
outdoor lighting & built-in BBQ for dining under the
warm evening sky and enjoying the magnificent views
across to the old town of Pollenca and the mountains
beyond.
The ground floor of the villa plays host to the entrance
hall with the well equipped dining kitchen with all the
facilities one would expect including microwave and
dishwasher. The spacious lounge with plenty of seating
area has Sat TV/ DVD. There is also a shower
bathroom and one step down leading to the twin
bedroom.
A flight of stairs from the ground floor takes you up to
the master double bedroom with an en-suite shower
bathroom.
Altogether a villa which comes highly recommended
due to its lovely position near the old town yet set in its
own large grounds.
Car hire is recommended. A fully inclusive 5 door car
with air-conditioning is included in the price.
