Enjoying a stunning position on the lower slopes of the Puig de Maria just off the Pollen¨a road this traditionally styled, stone-clad house offers both spectacular views across to the famous Roman town and the convenience of being within walking distance of the excellent amenities and restaurants to be found there.
A charming cosy and compact country cottage decorated in tasteful rustic style tiling and dark wood. High quality dˇcor with beamed ceilings and spotlights throughout.
The lounge, dining room and kitchen are all open plan, the kitchen also has a pantry and is beautifully decorated and has a dishwasher and microwave.
Down one side of the lounge dining room there is a covered terrace with bench style table and chairs. This front terrace overlooks Pollensa old town, the Calvary steps and the mountains beyond. From this terrace there are also fantastic views of the Puig Tomir to one side.
The pool is set in a lovely, well cared for lawn and also has a childrens swing and slide for our younger guests.
From the lounge there is an arch to the right that leads to the full bathroom which has the twin bedroom on one side and the double on the other.
Altogether a delightful holiday retreat.
