This is a lovely family villa with an exceptionally well
designed pool and gardens. Casa Andreu is in the
picturesque Ternelles Valley, just outside Pollenca, so
the old town is just an easy 15-minute walk away and
the famous Roman Bridge only 5-minute walk.
Casa Andreu is set against the backdrop of wooded hills.
The gardens have lots of lawns and mature trees and the
stylish circular pool is twice the size of most villa pools. A
stone sun terrace with sun loungers runs round one side
of the pool, and a lovely covered terrace with a barbecue
runs along the back of the house, overlooking the pool.
Inside the villa there's a lounge and dining area and a
kitchen on the ground floor. The lounge is comfortably
furnished and has satellite television and a dvd player/cd
stereo. The kitchen has appliances including a
dishwasher, an oven and hob, a washing machine, a
fridge-freezer and a microwave.
Also on the ground floor are two of the bedrooms - a
twin bedroom and a single room. These rooms share a
bathroom with a bath and a shower.
The bright and airy master double room takes up the
whole of the first floor. It has an en-suite shower
bathroom, and views of the Lluc mountains behind the
house.
Casa Andreu is a great family villa, perfectly designed for
spending long hot days outside in the pool and gardens.
It's just a short walk/drive (not suitable for evening time
walking) into Pollen¨a old town from here, and a 10-minute
drive to the beaches and resort of Puerto
Pollenca.
