Located directly opposite villa Mercader, Xanet de Baix is a stylish mallorcan stone villa just set back from the old Pollensa to Alcudia road, accessed by a long driveway with goats grazing in the fields at the side. The surrounding rural countryside is flat affording fantastic views of the distinctive Puig Maria in Pollensa over to the mountains of Formentor and the Port of Pollensa. The arched front door has three steps up, leading directly into the lounge dining room which is comfortably furnished in mallorcan design with high beamed ceilings. There is a modern fitted kitchen with marble surfaces and dishwasher and both the lounge and the kitchen give access to a beautiful covered L-shaped terrace with views over the pool and gardens. Also on the ground floor is a full bathroom ( not ensuite) and a twin bedroom. A pretty stairway takes us upstairs to the second level. To the right of the stairs is a large full bathroom and a large double bedroom. On the left of the stairs is a further twin and another double room. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and will have air conditioning for 2005. ( in bedrooms only). Outside, the L shaped terrace has a ramp down to a patio dining area with brick bbq, making it easier for those in a wheelchair to access the house and gardens etc. There is a lovely lawned area for sunbathing with high hedges to offer you maximum.
