Finca Suavet Tres is a characteristic Mallorcan home surrounded by lush tropical gardens in a wonderful location at the foot of the Puig de Maria mountain. The house is down a long drive from the main Pollen¨a to Puerto Pollenca road. A covered terrace runs along the front of the house, surrounded by a deep border full of palms, cacti and agaves. There are lovely views from here onto the wooded hill of the Puig de Maria with its 18th-century monastery perched on top. Inside, the house is bright and airy with white walls and cool terracotta-tiled floors, and it's furnished in traditional Mallorcan style. There's an open-plan lounge and dining room with corner seating and a television. The dining area has traditional dark-wood furniture with a dresser and a grandmother clock as well as a large dining table and chairs. Many of the owners' collection of art works are on display here. Also on the ground floor there is a large farmhousekitchen with a breakfast table, and appliances including a dishwasher, a microwave and a washing machine. All the sleeping areas are air-conditioned for your comfort. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor - a double room and two twin rooms. The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower and double sinks. The first floor of the house is taken up entirely by a large double bedroom which has its own en-suite shower bathroom. There are particularly lovely views from this bedroom, over treetops to open countryside. At the back of the house there's a secluded garden, shaded by palm trees and surrounded by hedges and shrubs. A second covered terrace overlooks the swimming pool, lawned areas and a paved sun terrace, with fantastic outdoor dining facilities and furniture, to keep you fit there is also a table-tennis table. Finca Suavet Tres is a very comfortable Mallorcan home with particularly well designed gardens and terraces. It's midway between Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca and so the old town and lovely beaches are just a five-minute drive away. There is also a restaurant off the main road within easy walking distance.
