Pollenca Sleeps 9 
Set mid-way just off the road between the old town and the port of Pollenca, Can Suavet is absolutely perfect for everything you want from a villa holiday. The traditional finca is next door to Can Suavet 2 and so for groups of up to 16 these villas would be an ideal choice. This wonderful 150 year old farmhouse has been lovingly restored by the owner and many rustic features and artefacts remain to create a lovely warm homely feel. Upon entering from the driveway the mature gardens with lawned areas are ample in space and full of interesting little twists. The large kidney-shaped, floodlit swimming pool is a good size and there is plentiful sun-bathing areas on the large terracing. There is no problem on those hot days looking for shade. Take the hammock and sleep under the palm trees or sip a cool drink under the covered terracing. This beam covered front terrace area is one of the nicest we have seen at any villa. There is an abundance of lovely seating tables and chairs with lovely huge urns. A huge brick-built BBQ set in a separate area with outdoor sink will give you every opportunity at trying your hand at cooking. Outside you will also find the large laundry room (maid service 3 times a week). Inside the villa is just as impressive. The huge farmhouse kitchen is well fitted with oak wood units along with all the facilities you would expect from a villa of this quality including microwave and dishwasher. An entrance from here leads into the grand dining room which has the feeling of a medieval banqueting hall which houses one of the largest tables you are likely to see. The owner has over 40 of his family sat around it on Christmas Day. There are antiques and paintings decorating the walls everywhere you look. The TV lounge, with Sat TV / DVD, is very comfortable in size and is home to a feature fireplace and an interesting old bread machine antique from by-gone years. Upstairs is where the bedrooms are, situated off a lovely landing. This is where you really do get the feeling you are in a lovely country hotel. There is a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and three further twins (one with a balcony) sharing a full bathroom. All the bedrooms have recently been fitted with air-conditioning. A lovely farmhouse villa full of character, ideally situated and perfect for entertaining yourselves. Car hire is recommended.
