A stay at this brand new property will be one to remember forever and most probably will not be your last one. Can Simone is a sparkling gem set in the heart of Pollenca's crown. A private walkway leading, from the narrow picturesque streets of this beautiful town will keep you in suspense for a few seconds and then you will gasp in amazement at what this villa has in store for you. This villa and its' location is perfect for being in one of the most sought after areas on the island. The pool area is immaculate with a huge palm tree and olive tree offering shade along with plenty of grass area and even pear trees which you can pick between May and July. The patio is extensive and to the rear is a quiet lovely covered terrace, with stone BBQ, plenty of outdoor furniture making this ideal for Al fresco dining throughout the year. A table tennis table is also planned here to keep you fit. The breath-taking setting and outdoor features will wet your appetite for what lies ahead as you enter the villa. Several steps up to the entrance lead to the beautiful lounge and dining room, with the feature round glass dining table. The huge arched windows here offer the most magnificent views. Two steps lead from here down to the state of the art kitchen which looks like it has been taken straight from a luxury magazine and all the trimmings you would expect are here including microwave and dishwasher. A door from here leads to the pool area and also at this end of the house is a utility room and bathroom with a walk-in shower. Back in the lounge which has the latest entertainment systems are four small steps leading to the large bedrooms.
