A stylish and lovely house in some of the loveliest villa-gardens in Pollença. Can Sabater is one of only a handful of 6-bedroomed houses so close to Pollença – it’s in easy walking distance of the old town, and is even closer to restaurants and shops.

Inside, the house is really spacious and full of light. It’s a classic town villa with white walls, terracotta-tiled floors, bright spotlighting and a clean and modern design. On the ground floor, off the entrance hallway, there’s a long dining room with a glass-topped table and an antique dresser. The kitchen is another wonderfully long room, with lots of storage space and work-surfaces, another table and chairs, and appliances including a dishwasher. French doors open out onto the pool-terrace and a fantastic covered barbecue-terrace – with a built-in barbecue, a bread-oven, double sinks and gas hobs.

There are two more rooms on the ground floor: a television lounge with sofas, satellite tv and a dvd player and stereo; and a shower bathroom.

All the bedrooms at the villa are air-conditioned. Three of them are on the first floor – two twins and a double room. The twin rooms have lots of storage space in built-in wardrobes. The double is a really lovely room with doors out onto a wide balcony with spectacular mountain views. This double room also has a new en-suite bathroom. Here on the first floor there are also two further shower-bathrooms.

There are two more bedrooms on the second floor: a double room with built-in wardrobes and lovely views to the mountains, and a twin bedroom. The last bedroom is very special – it’s an en-suite twin bedroom in the separate casita by the pool. This could be a romantic hideaway or a teenager’s dream escape from the rest of the family!

The gardens are really extensive with plenty of space for families and large groups of friends to relax, swim, eat and play. There are sprawling lawns, a long and child-friendly swimming pool, covered seating areas and brilliant facilities for cooking and eating outside. There are lots of shady benches under tall palms, old olive trees too and poplars – and there’s also a table-tennis table!

Can Sabater is a fantastic holiday retreat, perfect for long lazy days in the gardens and pool. There’s plenty of space inside and out for everyone to find somewhere to relax. It’s also an easy 20-minute walk from here to Pollença’s old town – with all its restaurants, shops and historic sights. And it’s even closer to Pollença’s supermarket. And if you fancy a day at the beach, Puerto Pollença is a just 5-minute drive away.
