A lovely traditional Mallorcan villa in peaceful and pretty countryside between Pollença and Alcudia. Can Roig is a very comfortable house with a lovely pool and incredibly lush and beautiful gardens. There are open views all around - even across to the Formentor peninsula.

Inside, the villa is bright and comfortable with white walls, wooden floors, beamed ceilings and traditional furniture. A deep and shady covered terrace at the front of the house leads into a lounge and dining room with two sofas around a wood-burning stove. There's satellite tv here too and a dvd and stereo. The kitchen is neat with plenty of storage space in fitted cupboards, and with appliances including a dishwasher. The laundry and utility area are separate at the back of the house.

Also on the ground floor there's a full bathroom with a bath and a shower and a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes. On the first floor there's another twin bedroom and a double room with great views over the garden and treetops to the surrounding countryside. These two bedrooms share a shower bathroom.

The beautiful garden is the star of this villa - with tall palms, conifers, hedges and fruit trees surrounding an L-shaped pool, sun-terraces and lots of colourful Mediterranean plants. The garden is also very family-friendly with shady lawns and a gated driveway. There's a great dining area outside too with a barbecue and lovely terrace furniture around a marble table.

This is a great all-year-round villa - with fantastic gardens for spring, summer and autumn holidays, and cosy living space with central heating for winter breaks. It's also near our villas Can Cristet and Roig Petit so very large groups of friends or family could holiday together in this area. It's in a very pretty part of the Pollença countryside but still just a short drive away from Pollença's busy old town and the beautiful bay at Puerto Pollença.
