A Mallorcan stone property in a quiet location just 2mins from golf course. A lovely rural setting, convenient for Pollensa old town which is just 5mins away, well looked after by owners Jaime & Ana. A wonderful holiday haven with fantastic views of Puig Maria mountain. A well established house that has been rented for many years with clients returning time after time. Front door opposite pool & terraces, leads into a large spacious lounge/ dinner room. Lounge off left is through an archway with sofas around a wood burning stove. Dining area to the right & the large kitchen leads into the back of the house.

At the back of the lounge dinning area is a twin bedroom on the left with stones walls & fitted wardrobes opposite this room is a shower bathroom & the stairs up to the second level. On the left at the top is a large double bedroom & on the right the reading lounge. Into a small hallway is a double bedroom on the left with an antique high double bed. A large walk in bathroom & a twin bedroom at the end of the hallway on the right.
