This is an attractive villa with luxury fittings in a great location on the outskirts of Pollenca, with the old town just a few minutes walk away. There's a lovely sheltered pool area and, at the front of the villa views of the Puig de Maria and across the town of Pollenca itself. Finca Nillo is a very comfortable three-bedroomed house built-in traditional Mallorcan style with stone walls and a pan-tiled roof. It's very modern inside with white walls and tiled floors, and air-conditioning in every room. A long private long driveway winds up to the villa, lined with fruit trees. There's a traditional Mallorcan feature well here too. A stepped porch leads up to the house. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with a cloakroom. There's a large breakfast kitchen with appliances including a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. The separate laundry room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge and dining room has satellite television and a cd/stereo system with extra speakers out on the terrace. Double doors from the lounge lead out onto the covered terrace by the pool. There's also a lovely stone sunbathing terrace here with sun-loungers and umbrellas. And along the other side of the pool there's a separate stone building with a built-in barbecue/sink and a Mallorcan bread oven. The three bedrooms at Finca Nillo are on the first floor - two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom. The very bright and airy double room has its own terrace running the width of the house, with lovely views over Pollenca to wooded hillsides in the distance. There are two bathrooms - both with a shower and a bath, one of which is a jacuzzi bath. Finca Nillo is a lovely house on the outskirts of Pollen¨a with a particularly well designed pool, terraces, and barbecue area. It's the perfect holiday retreat for anyone who wants luxury and privacy and all within walking distance of the restaurants and bars of Pollenca.
