This brand new villa is without doubt one of the best three bedroom villas in the area. Located within fifteen minutes walk of the lovely old town of Pollenca, the villa is however completely peaceful and has been designed with the disabled / wheelchair clients in mind. The famous Pollenca riding stables are also within several hundred yards. The villa is located down a long private driveway, with a sliding entry gate (ideal for wheelchairs, pushchairs making it easy when leaving the car at home). The beautiful, landscaped extensive gardens which surround the villa offer total privacy and tranquillity. There are plenty of lawned areas and palm trees and the backdrop of the mountains makes this a wonderful setting. The pool area has large sunbathing areas. The shallow end of the large pool starts at only two inches in depth and slopes down to the deep end. Therefore this pool is ideal for young children and disabled. The villa has a huge covered terrace to the rear overlooking the pool with excellent mountain views. This is adjacent to the separate BBQ area; therefore ideal for alfresco dining on those warm summer evenings. Inside this villa is just as perfect. The main entrance leads into the very spacious living / dining room with Sat TV/DVD. There is an American style kitchenette with all the modern amenities one would expect including dishwasher and microwave. Off this area to the left is the master double bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom , with walk-in wardrobes. Off the living room area to the right are the two twin bedrooms which share a full bathroom. Overall this villa is ideally located in countryside surroundings yet within easy reach of Pollenca old town. Yet far enough away to not suffer from traffic noise. The design of this wonderful villa ensures this is an ideal choice for families, couples of all ages and disabled guests. Car hire is recommended.
