A lovely 4 bedroom white washed cottage style villa, on one level, located in the enviable position of been easy walking distance to Puerto Pollensa's beach and resort ameneties. Located down a country track off the main Puerto Pollensa road the villa is within 200 yards of a supermarket ideal for all your provisions. The entrance to the villa leads you into the hallway that takes you into the large farmhouse-style Mallorcan kitchen but with the modern appliances to make your stay comfortable: large fridge freezer / dishwasher / microwave. The kitchen also has dark wooden units and fresh gingham curtains giving this area a lovely bright atmospherse. Enjoy morning coffee here as there is a wooden breakfast table with bench seating. You can admire Juana, the owners', own collection of ceramics and glassware in here. The lounge and dining area is full of character and you will see the walls lovingly decorated and filled with her own collection of paintings. There is a large dining table and chairs to enjoy your own cosy dinner partys in a romantic atmosphere. There are ample comfortable sofas and armchairs as well as a large feature fireplace with bookshelves either side brimming with novels, and satellite Tv and DVD. Next to and adjoining the lounge is one of the twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The other bedrooms are accessed from a hallway coming from the entrance. This leads first to the double bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom. The other two twin bedrooms sharing a lovely full bathroom with double sinks are also in this area. The cool floor tiling throughout ensures a lovely cool felling during the hot summer and if the temperature gets slightly chilly out of this season then the central heating will always keep you warm. The lounge has patio doors which leads outside onto the fantastic furnished beamed terrace . The rustic style table and seating is perfect for al fresco dining during those warm summer evenings. The gardens are well established with ample lawn areas. There are exotic palm trees of all different varieties ideal for retreating under during the midday sun, to keep you cool. There is also a pretty rock garden with all types of ceramic urns. The feature brick built covered barbacue with decorative Mallorcan tiling is ideal for trying your hand at cooking the local delicacies .This area is complete with a sink and outdoor W.C. There are large furnished sun terraces at the pool side for sunbathing. Altogether a very comfortable and private retreat and a truly genuine Mallorcan home with a warm homely feel to it. The added bonus has to be the location been so near to the beach and restaurants and bars. Perfect for leaving the car at home on an evening.
