Villa Can Just is a new stone villa hidden away up a quiet narrow lane just off of the Pollenca to Alcudia road. It's in a private setting with mature trees surrounding a pretty garden and pool area. This is the ideal villa for a family holiday in a country setting. It's also just several minutes drive from here to the old town of Pollen¨a and the beaches and resort of Puerto Pollenca are only ten minutes away. Inside, Villa Can Just is bright and airy with white walls, beamed ceilings, tiled floors and dark wood furniture. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are a sunny openplan room with a high ceiling and two sets of double doors leading out onto the pool-terrace and garden. The kitchen has appliances including a dishwasher and a microwave, and also a separate pantry with lots of storage space. The lounge has comfortable chairs and satellite television and a dvd player. There's also a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings in early spring and late autumn. There are two sunny bedrooms with air-conditioning - one double room and a twin room, both with dark wood furniture and views over the garden. The bathroom is between the two bedrooms and has a bath and a shower. In the garden at Villa Can Just there's a rectangular pool with roman steps. A stone sun terrace runs around the pool and there are several areas of lawn shaded by olive trees. ThereÕs also a pan-tiled covered terrace with a stone barbecue and cooking area and a further gravel garden to the rear with trees and shrubs. From here there are lovely views of the dramatic Puig de Maria mountain with its 18th-century monastery perched on the top. There's a path up to the monastery which has magnificent views down over Pollenca to the sea. Villa Can Just is a very comfortable, bright and airy villa in a pretty country setting that's also just a short drive from Pollenca and the lovely beaches of Puerto Pollenca and Alcudia.
