Hidden away in a private country setting in the exclusive La Font area of Pollensa and as such is only 15 minutes walk to the restaurants that the wonderful old town has to offer. Set off a tiny country lane Can joan is a lovely old farmhouse with an abundance of original beams and charm throughout which has been transformed to suit all of your personal needs. Through the gated drive and into the villa there is an entrance hallway which leads to the large lounge and dining room area with a feature fireplace .There are comfortable leather settees to relax in after a hard days sunbathing , and Satellite Tv/Dvd. There are plenty of original artefacts in this area. You will love the large antique dining table and chairs, seating eight, and the ceiling light feature. There is a double door which opens outside into the terrace overlooking the garden. The large kitchen is situated off the dining area and has table and chairs and all the facilities to make your stay comfortable including a dishwasher. There is a door from the kitchen opening onto the terrace and gardens . Downstairs are two twin bedrooms sharing one full bathroom. Upstairs is home to the master bedroom with its' own balcony with lovely views and an en suite bathroom. Here you have the added bonus of a huge extra private living room with plenty of seating area and another TV. Outside the villa is just as inviting. There is a large covered terrace with an abundance of outdoor furniture for al fresco dining under the warm evening skies. To help you with this there is a large seperate barbacue area outside with a sink. The pool has the roman steps and with its water slide makes it perfect for the kiddies. There are furnished terraces here ideal for sunbathing. The large private lawned gardens have plenty of trees offering welcome shade from the sun. You may also catch sight of the lovely neighbouring horse in its stables which should please the children . All in all a great choice for families and couples offering an authentic farmhouse within easy walking distance of local amenties .
