Pollenca Sleeps 8 
This is a traditonal farmhouse in an ideal location mid-way between Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca, and is perfect for al-fresco dining with a child-friendly colourful spacious garden. Situated just off the main Pollenca Ð Puerto Pollensa road, the villa is accessed by a long gravelled driveway with ample parking area at the front of the house. It has a large front terrace and the front door leads into a large entrance hall. The house situated on one level is tiled thoughout and decorated with dark wood, Mallorcan style furniture and paintings.There are 3 twin bedrooms and 1 double and they share 2 full bathrooms The lounge dining room is spacious with double doors leading out onto the back terrace, pool and gardens. There is a large farmhouse style kitchen with a large walk-in pantry, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. It has marble work surfaces and a breakfast table. Steps at the side of the house lead up to a superb roof top terrace which is the size of the whole house and from here there are stunning views of the mountains and countryside, as far as Formentor over to the Puig Maria mountain. The covered terraces are fantastic with plenty of shade and play area for the children. The garden has plenty of lawn area for sunbathing with pretty shrubs and plants giving a tropical feel with beautiful palm trees. The large pool is uniquely elevated with a sunbathing terrace at one end and has metal steps. There is also a separate covered barbecue area complete with a sink . The pool, gardens and terraces are at the back of the villa, and therefore are very private. An added bonus is the short walk to Restaurant lÕAup on corner of the road for the Cala san Vicente turn off. This really is a wonderful villa for enjoying the outside surroundings - with lovely tropical gardens and covered terraces - perfect for the kiddies and for sampling the local cuisine with al-fresco dining.
