Pollenca Sleeps 7 
Situated just five minutes drive from the wonderful restaurants and bars that the old town of Pollenca offers this typically Mallorcan, simple family villa has extensive grounds with citrus trees, colourful shrubs, beautiful palms, and a pretty garden with a patio and large lawn area for sunbathing and for the kiddies to play on. The villa has plenty of car parking space on the driveway and although there are several other villas nearby, the garden is quite private being set back from the lane. There is a seperate covered terrace overlooking the pool which a has a large stone built barbacue with large wooden table and chairs perfect for al-fresco dining. There is also an outside shower bathroom here as an added benefit. The large pool has both roman steps and metal steps for your convenience. The front covered terrace has a pretty decorative well and the front door opens directly into the lounge and dining area simply decorated with Mallorcan wood furniture and tiled floors. The lounge is slightly raised by one step and has the tv / dvd and cd player here. There is also a wood burning stove in the seating area. The kitchen to the left of the dining area is decorated in local country style and there is a small reading room / bedroom next to the kitchen with a sofa which can be converted to make this an extra bedroom should the need arise. All the bedrooms, 2 doubles and a twin, are clean and practical and perfect for families as they are on one level. This is definately a villa for those who enjoy the great outdoors, with fantastic al-fresco dining facilities in the seperate bareacue and covered terrace area. The child-friendly garden is perfect for the kiddies to play in and there is a gate to close off the garden from the lane.
