This lovely bright apartment is located in one of the most sought-after positions of Puerto Pollensa. Situated directly opposite where the prestigious marina ends, and where the child-friendly sandy beach begins. On the first floor the views from the balcony will keep you entertained for many hours. The marina offers some fantastic yachts and boats on show and the sandy beach and promenade is directly in front. Perfect for people watching on an early evening before the hard decision is made of which cuisine to enjoy.
In fact the owner of the apartment, our good friend Juan, also hosts the excellent Los Faroles restaurant, a favourite of the staff of Villaparade, just a few yards away. The excellent seafood dishes and the fresh catch of the day are always a delight.
This first floor apartment has access via a lift or a comfortable flight of stairs. All the rooms are on one level. There is a large lounge area with designer leather settees and a satellite television and DVD player. Patio doors open up here onto the large balcony furnished with table and chairs. Watch the sun go down over the dramatic Bay of Pollensa with a sparkling glass of cava. From the lounge is the dining area with traditional furniture and paintings. The neat, modern kitchen has all the facilities you would expect, and plenty of windows offering light.
The bedrooms have been recently fitted with modern air-conditioning units and are made up of a spacious master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin and a further twin room offering a single bed with an additional pull-out single bed (this can be converted to a double bed) . The apartment also has a second comfortable shower bathroom.
A perfect location for a beach-front holiday with the inviting sand and warm sea just yards away. Ideal for families and couples alike with many of the resortsÕ restaurants and bars within a minutes walk, so no need to spoil those relaxing evenings by having to worry about the car or taxis!
