Bon Aire Sleeps 12 
As you turn off the country lane and through the electronic gates up the long private driveway you really do get the feeling that this villa is going to be something special. The spectacular, panoramic views here of the Bays of Pollenca, Alcudia and Formentor and the surrounding countryside we consider to be some of the finest on the entire island. These are sure to keep you entertained and camera happy for many hours. However, a short three or four minute drive will bring you to civilisation with restaurants, bars along with the up-market resort of Bon Aire and the two lovely beaches of Mal Pas. Alcudia is only a five minute drive away also, and Pollenca approximately fifteen minutes. The villa itself, built on three levels, is set in its own sprawling grounds and gardens. There are plenty of lawned areas and little pathways offering you plenty of places to relax in these peaceful surroundings. The pool (reached via a number of steps) is huge and has plenty of sun terracing to enjoy the views. Upon entering the villa you will be pleased by the spaciousness and the good quality furnishings throughout. The ground level plays host to the majority of the interior - A large lounge, dining room (satellite tv/dvd) with feature fireplace and a huge dining kitchen with microwave and dishwasher offers doors leading onto the patio and covered terraces. There are also two twin bedrooms and a double with two full bathrooms and 1 further double with a safe, excellent views and an en-suite feature bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs there is a huge lounge seating area and outside terrace offering 360 degree panoramic views for miles around. There is also a private hallway with a further double bedroom with full en-suite bathroom. Last but not least is the lower level which opens up onto the outside terracing. Here there is a large shower bathroom, the biggest laundry , utility room that you are likely to see , and a lovely big "chill out" area from which to enjoy the stunning views. In low season there is an indoor jacuzzi style pool which is operational also (other dates on request). An ideal holiday will be assured here along with some of the best views on the island. Yet only a few minutes drive will bring you to restaurants and beaches. The lovely far reaching sea breezes will be of much relief in the height of the summer. Car hire is essential.
